Opened in 2023 in the middle of Hetauda, The Central Drip started with one idea: coffee made slowly, by hand, in a room you want to stay in.

The name

Central

Because we sit in the heart of Hetauda, a few steps from everywhere.

Drip

Because that is how good coffee starts. One slow drip at a time.

FourOrigins

High quality arabica. A single-origin Ethiopia Guji Hambela and a Colombian, then two from the Nepali hills: Nuwakot and Dhading. We do not roast in house, we choose and pour.
