Our four beans: Ethiopia, Colombia, Nuwakot and Dhading
The Central Drip pours high quality arabica from four origins, including two from the hills of Nepal. Here is what is on the shelf.

Every pour over at The Central Drip starts with a choice: which bean? We keep four high quality arabica coffees on the shelf, two from abroad and two from Nepal.
Ethiopia, Guji Hambela
A single-origin, natural-process coffee at a medium roast. Expect jasmine, peach and berries, bright citrus, and a milk-chocolate finish. If you have never had a fruity coffee, start here.
Colombia
A classic, balanced cup. A good pick if you like your coffee familiar and easy to drink.
Nuwakot and Dhading
Two Nepali arabicas from the hills of Nepal. We are proud to pour coffee grown close to home, next to some of the best-known origins in the world.
How to choose
Not sure? Tell the barista what you usually like and they will point you to the right bean. Any of the four can be brewed as a pour over.
